I have how had two injections with this consultant and each time I have felt totally at ease throughout the procedure and have had total confidence. He told me everything he was going to do and when he was going to do it. The more relaxed you are the less you feel anything, it was just like having blood taken or having a flu jab.

I visited City Hospital for an injection under ultrasound. From the minute I walked in Dr Sultan made me feel relaxed. Dr Sultan explained exactly what he was going to do and talked me through the whole procedure, step by step. It went very smoothly and was almost pain free. (more discomfort than pain!) Dr Sultan was very gentle and did not rush the injection. I have waited to leave my review as I wanted to see if the injection had worked. I would say I have a marked improvement and I have been told that it should continue to improve over the next couple of weeks. A big thank you to Dr Sultan and the nurse who assisted with the procedure. What a team!

I had occasion to visit Peterborough City Hospital to see Dr Mohammed Sultan for a US Guided injection in my foot. I was called through to the treatment room by Nurse Sue. What a team.... Dr Mohammed was extremley kind in a concerned and caring way. I was put at ease from the word go, talked and listened to through every step of the way. Thank you Dr Mohammed and thank you Sue. I had an MRI scan at Peterborough City Hospital on 4th April 2014, the nurses were all absolutely lovely and really made me feel at ease. I explained to the nurse that I was petrified of needles and she in turn explained to Dr Sultan, the nurse held my hand and Dr Sultan was very gentle and understanding and gave me time so that I felt ready. He explained the whole procedure to me in ways I could understand. I had an anesthetic injection into my groin then a dye was injected into the joint so the mri images would be clearer. It was a little uncomfortable but bearable. The nurse then provided a wheelchair to take me through to the MRI scan where two other nurses again who were lovely talked me through every step. The scan took about 50mins and they asked me every 10mins or so how I was. I cannot fault this department in any way or the team working there. A credit to the NHS! Tracey Collins
